"Feels way safer with my info"
The privacy settings are easy to figure out, so yeah, I’m not really stressing about my data.

"I've had this up for a few months..."
I've had this up for a few months now the battery has lasted way longer than I thought it would. I keep expecting it to need a charge, and then it just keeps going. I guess I could say I wish I had to check on it less, but I also barely have to check on it at all, so that's not really a complaint. Happy with it so far.

"Clear video and the sound is actually good"
I got a eufy camera for my front door and ngl, the video is super clear, even at night. I can actually see faces and packages without squinting at the app, which is a huge win.
The audio is better than I expected too. When I talk through it, people can hear me just fine, and I can hear them without that weird echo you get with a lot of cameras lol.
Setup was simple and so far it just works. I’m really happy with the picture and sound quality, tbh I’d buy it again.

"Took some figuring out but it works"
Getting it set up was a little annoying. Nothing was totally terrible, but it just felt more frustrating than it should have. The app did find the camera after a couple tries, and mounting it took me longer than I expected for some reason. It’s working fine now, so I’m glad about that, but the instructions definitely could be clearer...

"At first I had a few random..."
At first I had a few random drops, like while scrolling, streaming a show, checking email, or just leaving it idle, which was a little annoying. But lately it’s been holding up fine most days. I can work, watch videos, browse around, and keep my phone connected without really thinking about it.

"Motion alerts feel really dialed in"
I’ve had this set up for a few weeks now, and my gut says the motion alerts are pretty much spot on. It actually picks up people coming to the door without freaking out over every tree shadow like my old camera did

"The app feels way clunkier than expected"
The camera itself works fine, but using the app is a pain. The menus are confusing, and I feel like I’m digging around every day just to find basic stuff. Some of the wording in the app is misleading too, like it makes certain features sound simple or available, but then you tap through and it’s not what you expected at all

"Better than I expected for the price"
I ended up going with a eufy camera setup after looking at a few different brands, and I’m relieved it worked out as well as it did. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect for the price, but the picture is clear, the app has been easy enough to use, and not having a monthly fee is a huge plus.

Setup took around 20 minutes and wasn’t stressful at all, which was a nice surprise. After trying it out for a bit, I feel good about the purchase and would definitely buy it again.

"The camera was good in the beginning..."
The camera was good in the beginning, so I figured it would keep working like that, but after a while it started disconnecting often. It seems like once these issues start, they just keep popping up. Support was decent enough, but overall the reliability hasn’t been great.

"Quick help. No hassle."
Had an issue and support got back to me fast. They sorted it out without making it a big thing. Simple. Easy. Better than I expected, honestly. I’d use eufy again for sure.

"I had a small issue with..."
I had a small issue with my camera after a few months, so I reached out to eufy about it. Once I sent over the info they needed, they handled the warranty replacement quickly. The only thing that annoyed me a bit was that some of the communication at first wasn’t super clear, so I had to double-check what they actually wanted from me. Once that was sorted, though, the return steps were easy to follow and the whole thing didn’t turn into a big hassle, which I appreciated.
